The dean's work is done perfectly!

The work of the faculties of our institute is organized by deans, who perform the functions of coordination and administrative support of the educational process. The dean's office prepares a schedule of classes. The dean's office supervises the work of teachers and students, provides general management of students' scientific work.

…Many students could always be seen at his door. After all, this is the place where they could get any information. The deans of the faculties of social and linguistic communication and Romano-Germanic languages are always ready to help the student, it does not matter that it is a lunch break or it is not part of someone's duties. There are no unsolved problems for the employees of these deaneries.

We became interested in which questions are most often addressed to the dean's office. First-year students often still cannot find an audience, so they immediately run to the dean's office, as well as with questions about where to find teachers. Before the session, seniors ask about internships, and after the session, in general, there is such an attack: they find out about the scholarship.

But part-time students generally turn to methodologists for any questions: from how to navigate in an unfamiliar city, to explaining the schedule of higher education institutions, making calls to a session, where to find teachers, etc.

The duties of the dean's office also include the preparation and execution of all kinds of documents: official, reports, orders. A very important part of the work is orders: about enrollment, transfer, expulsion of students, about travel for internships, for practice.

During martial law, they had even more work. They keep in touch with every student of our educational institution. Students who find themselves in difficult conditions turn to them for help. And they certainly get it. And this support is very valuable. Students respectfully thank their deans for their support and care.

Dean's offices are an important division of our institute.
