STAKEHOLDERS IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

STAKEHOLDERS IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

One of the ways to improve the educational process is the involvement of our stakeholders, practitioners of relevant industries. Significant opportunities here are provided by the subject-training practicum, which is included in the work plan of the VII semester for the first time. The students of the secondary education (History, English language and literature) (gr. 401a) and the secondary education (History) educational programs were convinced of this by personal experience. Psychology (gr. 402a), for which the workshop was conducted by the history teacher of the Educator Lyceum (Kyiv), author, host of the "Neistfak" program on Espreso.tv. V.L. Shtegelskyi. His student life began at our institute, and in 2014, during the armed conflict, he transferred to the Sumy National Pedagogical University, which he successfully graduated from. Areas of professional activity of V.L. Shtegelskyi - work as a history teacher at a school in Myrnograd, participation in competitions and trainings, active social activities, in particular, participation in the landmark project "Occupation through the eyes of teenagers" and, as a result, inclusion in the TOP-50 best teachers of Ukraine in 2021 .

In the subject-training practicum classes, a range of practical issues of constructing a history lesson, basic strategies and forms of student assessment, project-based learning, etc. were considered. We are sure that this is the beginning of our fruitful systematic cooperation.

Cooperation with representatives of the tourist agency "Lazuryt" has been continued. So, on December 9, students of the Guide School "walked" through the underground labyrinths of the Soledar mine. The virtual tour "Path marked with salt" was offered to us by Y. V. Sinytsia and M. V. Kulishov. The winners got acquainted with new approaches in the organization of excursion activities. The importance of this virtual tour has increased significantly and is actualized today, in the conditions of a full-scale war, when Soledar was in the center of hostilities and suffered serious destruction. The authors of the tour invite everyone to visit such locations familiar to Donbas residents, some of which, unfortunately, have already been irretrievably lost - https://saltway.in.ua/saltway-vr/.
