At the end of March, our students took part in the psychological challenge "5 days of happiness".
It was a small attempt to help you feel yourself and take at least a small step to feel your inner world. On the first day, we felt how nice it is to share our love with others, to help those who need it, to show empathy for those around us, because it is very important in our time...just to remain human! A person who is able to give warmth and care from the bottom of his heart just like that, without demanding anything in return.
The second day, as some of you have mentioned, was really tough. Not everyone is able to look into themselves enough to understand themselves, let alone help. But it is very important to learn to recognize your feelings and emotions. It is important to be able to share your feelings, not to be afraid to express your thoughts.
The goal of the third day of our challenge was to perceive the people close to us as those who are by our side no matter what. We must not forget that we are dear and loved to them. It is worth mentioning at least sometimes that they need our attention and care. They should know what place they occupy in our lives. Therefore, simple hugs and words of love will make them happier.
Memories of past times, which were saturated with vivid emotions, are a part of us. They should stay with us and stimulate us to new actions, inspiration, and also make us reach new heights. It is necessary to look at old pictures sometimes, as on the fourth day of our challenge, in order to be able to fill the inner world with the same bright and bright feelings in the future.
The last day of our challenge was quite difficult. But we must remember that the most sincere, kindest person is you! It is necessary to learn to understand oneself in order to be able to help oneself, to draw correct conclusions for the further solution of the problem. It happens that a loved one can sometimes not be around, so our main goal is to be strong! No matter what... Even when life brings us to our knees! Even when it seems that everything around does not make sense. You have to get up, wipe your tears and move on. No matter how difficult it will be, never allow yourself to give up. Therefore, it is very important to be able to support yourself! Be able to leave emotions, turn on common sense and not allow yourself to lose yourself!
