During February-April 2023, a cycle of extended stakeholder meetings took place of the educational and professional program Secondary education (Ukrainian language and literature). Psychology. They were invited to such meetings acquirers and graduates of the specified OPP, employers-directors of ZZSO (Galyna Zhukova, Oleksandr Poyda, Yulia Rukavytsina, Viktoriya Prosyanyk), Methodist teachers, practicing teachers (Marina Zhvania, Polina Magda, Yulia Pluzhnyk), partners (Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A. S. Makarenko), teachers, who participate in providing an educational program, head of the higher education quality monitoring department of the Institute of Higher Education Iryna Sklyar.
All these meetings were united by one goal - to do educational and professional program Secondary education (Ukrainian language and literature). Psychology better both on the educational competitive horizon and on the modern labor market.
Graduates Olena Golubtsova, Roman Slozkin, Taisiya Fedorova shared with the awardees and colleagues their impressions of the difficulties they had to face in the process of teaching at ZZSO, and also outlined the factors that, in their opinion, have the greatest impact on the effectiveness of the professional activity of a young specialist and his career growth.
Employers-directors of ZZSO Galina Zhukova, Oleksandr Poyda, Yulia Rukavytsina, Viktoriya Prosyanyk as well joined the discussion of the issue of the effectiveness of the activities of young professionals and noted the ability to learn throughout life, strategic thinking, focus on the final result, the ability to effectively present oneself and the results of one's work, erudition, general culture, sociability, mastery of information and communication technologies as those that are decisive in professional development and career growth of top-class specialists.
Applicants of higher education Natalya Butenko, Yevgen Terekhov, Yuliya Shevchenko proposed to pay more attention to practical training, expand the list of practical training bases, continue the systematic psychological trainings "Warm Wednesdays", provide the opportunity to choose educational components of the selective cycle of disciplines from other OPPs, and also take into account such a recommendation - when to the formation of blocks of disciplines of free choice, add those that expand knowledge of the psychology of successful communication.
All participants of the meetings raised the issue of the need for integration into the European educational and research space, implementation of documents that determine the consistency of requirements for education and science in European countries.
